Bugesera Reconciliation Village

Bugesera Recinciliation village in Rwanda also known as Mbyo Reconciliation Village, is a place where offenders and victims, killers and survivors, Hutus and Tutsis live side by side.

Umuganda

Umuganda translating to "coming together in common purpose" it's a Rwandan tradition of mandatory monthly community service held on the last saturday of each month. Umuganda reintroduced in 1998 to rebuild the nation after the 1994 genocide.
